프랭크 게리(Frank Owen Gehry, 1929 ~ )는 캐나다 출신의 해제주의의 대표적인 건축가로 서던캘리포니아대학교(University of Southern California, USC, SC, Southern Cal, SoCal)를 졸업하고, 현재 UCLA 건축대학원에서 프리츠커 상 수상자인 톰 메인과 Gregg Lynn과 함께 대학원생을 지도하고 있다. 1989년 건축학계에서 최고의 영예로운 상인 프리츠커상(Pritzker Architecture Prize)을 수여한 바 있으며, 보그가 발행하는 잡지 배너티 페어(Vanity Fair)가 2010년 실시한 세계 건축가 조사(the 2010 World Architecture Survey)에서 가장 중요한 현대 건축가로 선정되었으며, 그를 '이 시대의 가장 중요한 건축가(the most important architect of our age)'로 불렀다. 2003년 캐나다 기사단 작위를 받았다.
주요 건축 작품으로는 스페인, 빌바오에 있는 구겐하임 미술관(Guggenheim museum)이 있으며, 그외에도 월트 디즈니 콘서트홀(Walt Disney Concert Hall, 미국, 캘리포니아주, 로스앤젤레스), 와이즈만 미술관(Frederick Weisman Museum of Art, 미네소타), 댄싱 하우스(Dancing House, 체코 프라하), 온타리오 아트 갤러리(Art Gallery of Ontario, 캐나다 온타리오), IAC 본관(The headquarters of IAC, 뉴욕 맨해튼), 호주 UTS(University of Technology, Sydney) 빌딩 등이 있다.
