This Land Is Your Land (이 땅은 당신의 땅)은 미국의 싱어송라이터인 우디 거스리(Woodrow Wilson "Woody" Guthrie, 1912 ~ 1967)가 기존에 불려진 음에 가사를 붙여 만든 노래로서 미국 독립기념일 축하행사에서 빠지지않고 불리는 노래로 미국 국가인 'The Star Spangled Banner(성조기여 영원하라)' 대신 이 노래를 국가로 바꾸자는 사람이 있을 정도로 매우 보편화된 국민 노래이다. 이 노래는 우디 거스리가 1918년 미국의 애국적 노래로 어빙 벌린(Irving Berlin, 1888 ~ 1989)이 만든 "God Bless America"에 대한 응답으로 만들었다. God Bless America는 이후 어빙 벌린이 1938년에 수정하여 재제작하고 후에 케이트 스미스(Kathryn Elizabeth "Kate" Smith, 1907 ~ 1986)가 녹음하여 유명하게 된 노래이다. 우디 거스리는 God Bless America의 가사가 현실적이지 못하다고 판단하여 새로운 노래를 만들었다.
