벨라지오(Bellagio)는 1998년 10월 15일 개장하였으며, The Blackstone Group이 소유하고 MGM Resorts International이 운영하고 있다.
벨라지오는 음악에 따라 춤추는 벨라지오 분수(Fountains of Bellagio)와 벨라지오 갤러리(Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art) 등이 유명하다. 호텔 로비에 있는 유리 조각가 Dale Chihuly가 제작한 세계 최대의 유리 조각 Fiori di Como가 전시되어 있다.유명 식당으로는 Le Cirque와 Julian Serrano 셰프가 운영하는 Picasso가 있다.
