Daniel Ray Whitten(1943~1972)은 영국의 싱어송라이터로 닐영(Niel Young)의 백밴드 크레이지 호스(Crazy Horse, 1963~1972)로 활동하였으며 자신의 노래 I don't want to talk about it이 유명하며 로드 스튜어트(Rod Stewart)의 노래 "Everything but the girl"을 만들기도 하였다.
