마마스앤파파스(The Mamas and the Papas)는 남성 2명 여성 2명으로 구성된 미국의 혼성 보컬그룹이다. 1966년 California Dreamin'으로 데뷔하여 많은 인기를 얻었으며 1968년까지 활동하였고 1971년 잠시 재결성하기도하였다. 1965년 발표한 "California Dreamin'"이 대표곡으로 니 노래는 롤링스톤 노래는 롤링스톤의 역사상 가장 위대한 500곡(Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Songs of All Time 중 89위에 선정되기도 했다. 1998년 로큰롤 명예의 전당(Rock and Roll Hall of Fame)에 헌액되었다. 존 필립스(John Phillips, 1935–2001), 데니 도허티(Denny Doherty, 1940–2007), 캐스 엘리엇(Cass Elliot, 1941–1974), 미셸 필립스(Michelle Phillips), 스캇 매킨지(Scott McKenzie (본명 Philip Wallach Blondheim, 1939 – 2012) 등은 작고 하였고, 2016년 2월 현재 질 깁슨(Jill Gibson, 1942-) 만이 생존해 있다.
