버디 홀리(Buddy Holly, 본명 Charles Hardin Holley, 1936 ~ 1959) 는 미국의 싱어송라이터로 로큰롤 개척자 중 한 명으로 손꼽히고 있다. 본명은 Holley이지만 음반사와 계약 당시 스펠링에 착오가 있었는데 유명해 지면서 Holly를 사용하게 되었고 묘비에는 본명인 Holley로 새겨져 있다. 그는 후에 비틀즈, 에릭 크랩튼, 엘튼 존, 돈 맥클린 등 정산의 가수에 큰 영향을 미쳤다고 평가하고 있다. 아쉽게도 1959년 비행기 사고로 사망하여 가수 인생을 짧게 마감하였다.
