클리프 리처드 경(Sir Cliff Richard, 1940 ~ )은 인도출생의 영국가수로서 1959년 영국 음악잡지 'NME(New Musical Express)'로부터 최고 신인가수로 선정되었으며, 1971년 'NME 어워드(New Musical Express Award)' 최우수 남자가수, 최우수 솔로 아티스트상을 수상하였고 1980년 대영 제국 훈장 4등급(OBE, Order of the British Empire)을 수훈하였으며 1995년 기사작위(Knight Bachelor)를 서임하였다. 영국에서 비틀즈(The Beatles)와 엘비스 프레슬리(Elvis Presley)에 이어 세번 째로 많은 음반을 판매한 기록을 갖고 있다.
