추억의7080색소폰 : Ace Cannon(에이스 캐넌) - 로라(Laura) & 마지막 데이트(Last date)

 

로라(Laura)는 슬픈 로라(La Tris Tesse De Laura)로 알려져 있는데, 1979년 프랑스에서 제작된 영화 '로라, 여름날의 그림자(Laura Les Ombres De Lete)'의 주제곡으로 사용된 음악이다. 로라는 대니보이(Danny Boy), 가방을 든 여인과 함께 3대 색소폰 연주의 명곡으로 알려져있다. 

 

색소폰 연주자 에이스 캐넌(John "Ace" Cannon, 1934-2018)은 1934년 미국에서 출생한 세계적인 테너 및 알토 색소폰주자(saxophonist)이다.  2000년 록 & 소울 명예의전당(Rock and Soul Hall of Fame) 과 로커빌리 명예의 전당(Rochabilly Hall of Fame)에 헌정되었으며, 2008년 미시시피 음악가 명예의 전당(Mississippi Musicians' Hall Of Fame)에 헌정되었다.
