라이오넬 리치(Lionel Riche)는 미국 앨라바마출신의 가수로 1968년 앨라바마 터스키기(Tuskegee)대학교 신입생들이 주축이 된 코모도스(Commodores)의 리드보컬로 활동하며 대다수의 곡을 만들었다. 대표곡은 Three Times A Lady , Say you say me, Still 등이 있고, 케니 로저스(Kenny Rogers)의 히트곡 ‘Lady’를 작곡하였고, 영화 ‘Endless Love’의 주제가를 직접 만들어 최고의 여가수 다이애나 로스(Diana Ross)와 듀엣으로 불러 싱글차트 정상에 오르기도 하였다.
