추억의7080애창팝송 :  양희은번안곡 All My Trials (Lord) / All My Sorrows / Summer's Come and Gone

 

All My Trials는 바하마의 자장가(Bahamian lullaby)를 바탕으로해서 만든 곡으로 1950년대와 1960년대 사회주의운동(social protest movements)에 즐겨 사용되던 포크 송으로 전 세계의 많은 유명 가수들에 의해 불리워 졌다. 한국에서는 알려져 있다. 새로운 버전은 All My Sorrows로 1959년 킹스톤 트리오(The Kingston Trio)가 취입했으며 1961년 섀도우스(The Shadows)가 다시 취입했다. 1963년에는 브랜드와인 싱어스(The Brandywine Singers)가 Summer's Come and Gone이라는 이름으로 새로운 버전을 발표하여 빌보드 129위에 오르기도 했다. 국내에서는 양희은이 번역하여 불렀다.
